Collection of bed or mattress

1.  Only beds or mattresses that are reusable can be collected.  Willow and Blue will determine if the item is reusable by looking at the photo provided.  When taking the photo of the bed or mattress please ensure it is not covered with sheets or bedding.

2. While our collection partners take a lot of care when a bed is being removed they do not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur.

3. The bed or mattress being removed must be on the gourd floor of the house, apartment or building.  Where the bed or mattress is not on the ground floor then a fee may be charged.

4. If you are not at home at the agreed time the bed is to be collected.  If you still want the bed removed a fee will be charged for the removal truck to return at a later date and time.
